THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Contract Reviewer is an informational tool only. The analysis provided by our AI:

- Does not create an attorney-client relationship

3.2 AI Limitations

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (specifically, the meta-llama/llama-4-maverick-17b-128e-instruct model via GROQ) which:
- May produce inaccurate or incomplete analysis
- Cannot understand context as thoroughly as a human lawyer
- May miss important nuances or implications
- Is not updated in real-time with changing laws

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload documents you don't have the right to share
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Account Security

- Authentication is via SMS verification
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. Key points:
- Documents are encrypted using AES-256
- We use third-party services (Twilio, AWS S3, GROQ)
- You can delete your documents at any time using the "burn" feature

- Analyze them using AI
- Display results back to you

7.2 Our Service

The Service, including all software, design, and content (excluding user uploads), is owned by Contract Reviewer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Upload malicious files or malware
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Harass or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws
- Use the Service to process documents you're not authorized to access

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
